 A 23 yr old woman  resident of Miryalguda home maker by occupation came with chief complaints of fever since 11 days. HOPI  Patient was apparently asymptomatic 7 days back. Then she developed fever since 7 days which was high grade intermittent and associated with chills and rigor She went to a local hospital and took medication and the fever subsided. Then after 3 days she again had fever for which she came our hospital and widal test was done and it was negative . She also done the test at local hospital and it was positive for dengue and they visited a hospital in Nalgonda and was told her platelet count was low and then they went to Osmania hospital because of some personal problem they came our hospital on 14/08/2022 PAST HISTORY No similar complaints in the past Not a known case of Diabetes Hypertension Asthma TB Epilepsy History of hypothyroidism during third pregnancy and it became normal after delivery History of Tubectomy and LSCS 3 months back  FAMILY HIS...

 A 16 year old female resident of gouraram who is a student came with complaints of loose stools since 2 days 6/08/2022 HOPI  Patient was apparently asymptomatic 1 yr back .Then she developed yellowish discoloration of eyes and fever for which she came to our hospital and diagnosed with jaundice. During that time itself she was told that her haemoglobin was low and need blood transfusion 5 packets of blood was transfused.After transfusion her haemoglobin increased and again decreased and she was diagnosed with autoimmune haemolytic Anemia and common variable  immune disorder . Then now on Thursday (4/08/2022) she consumed some outside food (Manchuria) and started developing loose stools There were 10 episodes per day and the stools were watery and bilious and not associated with blood  She also had fever which was high grade associated with chills and subsided after taking paracetamol. No history of pain abdomen vomiting  PAST HISTORY  No similar complaints...
